As a Senior Media Buyer, you will work at the forefront of growth marketing. You will be responsible for the success of the campaigns you run, and you will have all the necessary resources to achieve excellent results for our clients. Role overview

Responsibilities:● Conducting comprehensive research on new brands, including competitor analysis, customer reviews, past advertising data, creative resources, and more.● Creating, managing, and scaling Facebook advertising campaigns for clients using a nuanced strategy.● Regularly providing clients with guidance on necessary new creatives.● Monitoring and achieving KPIs, tracking goals and objectives.● Analyzing and optimizing media spending based on client needs, with a focus on data-driven tactics.● Communicating with the internal team regarding account effectiveness.● Building strong client relationships through bi-weekly client meetings, demonstrating high-level communication skills, including leading discussions, handling complex conversations, and adapting to client moods.● Preparing weekly advertising performance reports and sharing information about ongoing and future tests.● Planning pre-registration client meetings to share information about current performance, what's working, what's not, and our action plan.● Staying ahead of new strategies, advertising, and industry trends and providing updates to the team.● Assisting with new business ad account audits, presentations, and proposals.● Conducting CRO audits for new brands.

Requirements:This could be for you if...● Managed Facebook Ad campaigns for e-commerce brands over $100k per month.● Understanding & having experience with Facebook Ads.● Understanding & experience with project management software (Notion is a plus).● Deep perspective of omni-channel marketing and how different platforms lead to client success.● Ability to tell a meaningful story rooted in data-based insights.● Ability to analyze raw data and formulate insights to shape client strategy.● Exceptional communicator.● Passionate about helping clients and building brands.● Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills.● Problem-solver mindset, heavy attention to detail, and flawless execution of all assigned tasks.● Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends (as needed).● You genuinely care about people, relationships, and doing good work.● Experience with TripleWhale or ad attribution software is a plus.
